For 20 years, CFCC has offered a unique and creative program for the kids of our community. This event (previously known as Nick at Night) is now called #GetAweSummer!

We hope that your family will join us for any or all of our FREE events as we launch into summer here at Carolina Forest Community Church. We are packing loads of fun into one blowout weekend to start your summer right.

Friday, June 1 – Nick@Night #GetAweSummer: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday, June 2 – Saturday Splash: 11:00am-3:00pm
Sunday, June 3 – Party at the Park: 1:00pm-4:00pm

The classic Nick at Night program will kick-off this weekend extravaganza on Friday night, June 1. Registration starts at 6pm (adult required).

Then at 6:30 it kicks off with high-octane music and exciting stories about Jesus’ life in the CFCC student center. Then we all head outside for some messy outdoor fun and everyone’s favorite epic slip and slide with the Horry County Fire Department!

This night is geared specifically for elementary aged kids (rising kindergartners through rising 6th graders). If your child is too young, don’t worry – we have a special day planned for the entire family on Saturday!

This program requires many volunteers! If you would like more information on how you can volunteer with us on this night, contact our Children’s Ministry Director, Carolyn Cloutier at

Children have always been a priority within our programming, and now we desire to ramp that up by bringing the entire family together. Today’s “normal” family has a packed calendar full of school, sports, and extracurricular activities. It’s rare that the average family even finds time to be together. As a church, we don’t want to add to the clutter that is our schedules.

This year Nick at Night is going to #getAweSummer by adding a day of fun for the whole family. Swing by anytime on Saturday, June 3rd, from 11am to 3pm for water games, inflatables, local food trucks, and fun for the whole family!

If you are a local business, ministry, or community organization and would like to be part of this special day, please let us know. Contact our Family Pastor, Charles Fox, at

Hang out at the with our church family at the shady pavilion or the sunny beach. And best of all, come celebrate Beach Baptisms!

On Sunday, June 3 we are going to celebrate people who have surrendered their lives to Jesus and are publicly proclaiming Him as their Lord and Savior. Please join us at Myrtle Beach State Park to celebrate their life transformation and glorify God for all He is doing in us and through us. We’ve also rented a pavilion where we’ll play games and spend time together as a church family!

The Party starts at 1:00pm, with Baptisms at 2:00pm. Myrtle Beach State Park charges a $5/person entrance fee. Once you get through the line follow the road towards the beach. We are in Shelter S-1 which is the FIRST shelter on the left. Bring lunch for you and your family and we’ll provide the drinks!
